How do I get my medical card?
To register online
Please go to http://dpbh.nv.gov/Reg/MM-Patient-Cardholder-Registry/MM_Patient_Cardholder_Registry_-_Home/ and then click on https://mmportal.nv.gov/PatientRegistryOnline/PatientRegistryOLCreateLogin to start the registration online.
Please be informed of two new processes that involve Nevada patients and medical marijuana cards.
ONLINE PATIENT REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Applying, paying for and getting a medical marijuana approval is now available by using the MMP’s Online Registry.
From the Registry homepage (go to http://dpbh.nv.gov and click to the Medical Marijuana Registry), patients can create their own accounts, scan in their driver’s license, and download and print their application. Patients are still required to secure a physician recommendation and sign the waiver and acknowledgment in the presence of a Notary Public. This process requires internet access, a computer, printer and scanner.
When all pages of the application are complete, applicants can scan and upload them directly to the MMP portal for approval. The time it takes the program to issue Letters of Approval can vary for each application. We recommend you try and submit a complete and accurate application, as this will help expedite the process for us. Once an application is approved, patients may print the letter for use in dispensaries until their card arrives in the mail (see above).
If you would like to get the application for your Nevada medical marijuana card in person then you can go to Carson City and get the application. Then you have set an appointment with your doctor to fill out. Applications can be picked up at the Medical Marijuana Patient Cardholder Registry.

Do you accept California doctor recommendations?
Yes, we accept out of state patients. Must have a California driver’s license or passport with your California doctor recommendation. If you are under the age of 18 then must be accompanied by your parents.

Do you have any CBD products?
Yes we offer an array of CBD products with minimum THC. Products include vape cartridges, concentrates, topicals and tinctures. Please give us a call for availability.
Can I use my debit card?
No we are CASH ONLY, but an ATM machine is available.
